Growing up in all that noise and chaos made it hard for me to feel confident, safe, or grounded.
How Astrology Found Me
When I was 16, I asked my grandma why people act the way they do. She handed me an old astrology book—The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need by Joanna Woolfolk—and from that moment, everything changed.
I wasn’t just reading about the planets; I was uncovering a language that helped me make sense of people’s pain, patterns, and personalities. Astrology became my anchor… my way of understanding the world.
My Turning Point
At first, I became obsessed with helping others. I read chart after chart, trying to fix and understand everyone around me.
But somewhere along the way, I forgot to check in with myself.
As an empath, I was absorbing everyone’s energy and neglecting my own.
That’s when I realized: true healing starts within.
